Tai Chi Qigong, Sound Bath and Meditation
Qigong is a traditional Chinese practice which aims to cultivate and direct the body’s vital energy (qi) in order to maintain or improve health. It combines and coordinates gentle movements, breathing techniques, and mindfulness, and is beneficial for stress reduction, improved circulation, and overall well-being.
Sound bathing is a healing practice involving immersive exposure to various resonant instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. Participation whilst floating gently on the water in our warm and beautiful candlelit chapel creates a uniquely soothing experience, and ultimately offers an opportunity to access a state of deep relaxation.
The session concludes with a guided meditation, aiming to encourage holistic harmony throughout the entire mind, body and soul, and leave you feeling peacefully refreshed.
