At SwimwithJo, we use Swim England’s programmes to teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities. We offer a wide range of courses, including beginner’s lessons, stages 1-7 courses, private lessons, parent and child classes, and more. Our instructors are highly trained and dedicated to helping individuals achieve their swimming goals. We provide a safe and supportive learning environment where our students can develop their swimming skills and build confidence in the water. Our lessons are available at multiple locations across Leicestershire, ensuring accessibility and convenience for all. Whether you’re looking to learn the basics of swimming or improve your technique, we have a course that’s right for you.
Our team of experienced instructors, including Jo Whiteman, Tracey Murch, and Tammy Harrison, are passionate about teaching swimming and have a wealth of knowledge to share. We offer both group and private lessons, as well as parent and baby/toddler classes, so you can choose the format that works best for you. With several pool locations available, including Ratcliffe College, Highcliffe Primary School, Kirby Muxloe Primary School, Loughborough Grammar, and East Midlands Airport, we make it easy for you to access our services. Aqua Athletes
Aqua Athletes is our swimming club, based in Leicestershire, for stage 4 swimmers and above who are confident in deep water and want to learn different disciplines. We will be covering elements of Rookie Lifeguarding, Water Polo and Monfin as well as the basics of competitive swimming and fitness
Swim England
At SwimwithJo, we follow the Swim England Learn to Swim programme, which provides a structured and comprehensive approach to learning how to swim. Our courses cover stages 1-7, and are designed to cater to swimmers of all ages and abilities. Find out more here. Badges are £6 each.

Our Swim School
At SwimwithJo, we offer a range of swimming lessons based on Swim England’s Learn to Swim Programme. Our courses cover stages 1-10, from beginners to advanced swimmers. Our experienced instructors provide high-quality instruction, ensuring that every individual receives the attention and support they need to progress in their swimming journey. We offer private lessons, parent and child classes, and adult lessons, as well as courses at multiple locations across Leicestershire. Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment where students can develop their swimming skills and confidence in the water, using the proven Swim England framework.
